We're building a trusted network of local professionals across Greater Tampa Bay, one relationship at a time.
When a parent passes, a marriage ends, or a home becomes too much to manage, a family suddenly needs a lot of help at once. An attorney. A CPA. A mover. Someone to clear out the house. Someone to help find the right care.
Most families have to find each of those people on their own, often while they're grieving or stressed.
That's why we're building this network. The goal is to know each professional in it well enough that when a family needs help, the right people are already connected and ready.
The Business Development Coalition exists to help professionals build meaningful business relationships that create consistent referrals, long-term growth, and a stronger future.
Probate, divorce, elder law, and seniors moving into retirement and assisted living.
Every month, families across our four counties face the same reality: a parent passes, a spouse needs more care, or a home becomes too much to manage alone. These moments call for more than one phone call. They call for a network of professionals who already know and trust each other.

We're looking for a handful of great professionals in each of these areas across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota. Not just one per field, but several, like a few probate attorneys and a few movers, so families always have good choices.

This isn't a lead group with quotas. It's a circle of people who know each other and want to help the same families well.
BDC offers a free program. No dues, no quota, and no obligation.
Introductions happen when they make sense, on your terms. They're never expected and never owed.
The aim is steady, referral-based relationships that keep working for your business year after year.
Ask not what others can do for you, but what you can do for others.
That's the heart of BDC. We give first. When each of us looks for ways to help the others, the whole network grows, and families get the right person at the right time.
Members get more than introductions. BDC gives you tools and support to grow through relationships.
Our first meeting is simple. I want to understand your business so I know how I can help. Here's what I'll ask:
“The best relationships are built through service, trust, and value.”
I've lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than 35 years, and I've spent decades working with my hands in the trades here. I know the people, the communities, and what it takes to get things done.
When I helped my own mother move into assisted living, I saw how many moving parts a family has to handle at once. Paperwork, care decisions, a house full of memories. It's a lot, and it usually happens at the hardest time.
That experience is why I do this work. As Regional Director for the Business Development Coalition in Greater Tampa Bay, I'm building a network of good people who already know each other, so families don't have to start from scratch.
My approach is simple: relationships first. No quotas, no pressure. Just good people helping each other serve families well.
If you serve families going through a big change, I'd love to learn about your business and how you like to work. If it makes sense to be a resource for each other down the road, that'll happen naturally.
